These terms apply to VocaUp, an English-learning application formerly named TOEIC Flow. The VocaUp developer provides the application and handles support requests at datchuyensp@gmail.com. Please read these terms and the information displayed before making a purchase. If you do not agree, do not continue using the application or make a purchase.
1. Service and eligibility
VocaUp provides vocabulary, grammar and practice activities for learning English. No VocaUp account is required. Android purchases are associated with the Google Play account used to purchase. A compatible device and Internet connection are required for features such as payments, restoring purchases and verifying Premium access.
If you are not old enough to enter into an agreement under the laws where you live, use and purchases require the consent or supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for protecting your device and store account and using appropriate purchase authentication settings.
2. Content and acceptable use
You may use the application for lawful, personal learning. You must not unlawfully distribute copyrighted content, commit payment fraud, exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with systems without authorization. These restrictions do not limit uses that applicable law expressly permits.
Content may be corrected or updated. VocaUp does not guarantee a particular exam score. TOEIC is a registered trademark of ETS. VocaUp is not sponsored, endorsed or approved by ETS.
3. Free features and V-Coin
Some content may be unlocked using V-Coin earned in the app or through rewarded advertisements when available. V-Coin is usable only within VocaUp, is not real money, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred outside the app. Watching rewarded ads is optional; rewards depend on completing the advertisement and receiving confirmation from the advertising service.
4. Premium and purchase options
Premium unlocks the learning content included in Premium and provides an ad-free learning experience as described in the application.
- 3-month plan: billed for each 3-month period and automatically renewed unless canceled.
- Annual plan: billed for each 1-year period and automatically renewed unless canceled. Any monthly equivalent is shown for comparison only; the full annual amount is charged for the annual period.
- Lifetime plan: a one-time payment for VocaUp Premium benefits, without recurring renewal fees. It is not a monthly or annual subscription. The plan name does not promise that the service or every operating system will be supported indefinitely. If the service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and address purchased benefits in accordance with applicable law. This provision does not allow us to arbitrarily revoke paid access.
Plan availability depends on your country and store. No free trial or promotional offer is included by default. If a separate offer is available, its duration, price and conditions for conversion to paid access will be disclosed before purchase.
5. Pricing, payments and activation
Android transactions are processed through Google Play Billing. Review the total amount, currency, taxes and payment schedule on the Google Play confirmation screen. Google and its payment service providers handle payment method information; the developer does not receive your full payment card number through these purchases.
Premium access is activated after the store confirms a valid purchase. Pending transactions may not grant immediate access. If you have paid but access is missing, use Restore Purchases or contact support rather than purchasing again. Subscription price changes, notices and any required consent are handled in accordance with Google Play procedures and applicable law.
6. Renewals, cancellation and restoration
Subscriptions automatically renew and are charged through your Google Play payment method unless canceled before the renewal time displayed by the store. To manage or cancel a subscription, open Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → VocaUp, or visit Google Play subscription management.
After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the paid period, unless the purchase is refunded, revoked or subject to other conditions lawfully communicated by the store. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund the current period. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.
To restore an eligible purchase on a compatible Android device, use the same Google Play account and select Restore Purchases in the app. Restoring Premium does not restore deleted learning progress. We do not promise purchase transfers between store accounts or platforms.
7. Refunds and payment issues
You may request a refund under the Google Play refund policy and applicable consumer law. Eligibility depends on the type of purchase, the timing of the request and the circumstances. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory refund or consumer protection rights.
For support, email a description of the issue and your Google Play order ID if available. Do not send passwords, one-time security codes or full payment card details. Refunded or revoked purchases may result in the corresponding Premium entitlement ending.
8. Privacy, local data and third-party services
See our Privacy Policy for information about data processing. The app integrates Google services for billing, advertising and usage analytics. Processing depends on the app version, configuration and applicable consent choices. These terms do not replace required privacy notices or consent.
Learning progress and some settings are stored on your device. Clearing data, uninstalling or changing devices may result in loss of local data. Developer-operated cloud backup or progress synchronization is not provided by default.
9. Availability, responsibility and consumer rights
We work to maintain the application but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some features depend on your operating system, network and third-party services. Please contact support about content, technical problems or purchased benefits.
VocaUp is a learning aid, not an official examination or certification service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Changes to these terms and the service
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or law, with the revision date displayed on this page. Material changes affecting paid benefits will be communicated appropriately before taking effect, and consent will be requested where required by law or Google Play. New terms will not unlawfully remove rights arising from earlier purchases.
